PURCHASE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of vitamins, nutritional supplements, and other products (“Products”) from 902 Sports, LLC, a Utah limited liability company.

1. AGE RESTRICTIONS & LEGAL CAPACITY

You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. In accordance with 2026 athletic supplement regulations (including NY Senate Bill S5823C and similar legislation in NJ/MI), 902 Sports, LLC does not sell performance-enhancing or muscle-building supplements to individuals under the age of 18.

2. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

All orders that you place on this website (“Orders”) are offers by you to purchase Products in accordance with these Terms. 902 Sports, LLC may accept your offers by shipping the Products or by sending you confirmations of the Orders.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices specified by 902 Sports, LLC are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed through Authorize.net secure gateways. Title to the Products passes to you upon our delivery to the shipper.

4. RETURN POLICY

"902 Sports, LLC will allow you to return products for a full refund, less shipping and handling charges, within 30 days of shipment of the products, provided that the products are returned undamaged, in their original packaging, and unopened."

This website may contain information relating to the Products, such as tests, studies, reports, and testimonials. This information is provided for informational purposes only and is not meant as a substitute for the advice of a doctor or other medical professional.

902 Sports, LLC will not be responsible or liable for any damage, loss, injury, or death relating to the misuse of Product information.

6. ACCESSIBILITY COMMITMENT

902 Sports, LLC is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards, aiming for WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance across our V10 platform.

7. THIRD-PARTY DATA INTEGRATIONS

The Race Lab Pro tier offers optional integrations with third-party fitness platforms (currently Strava; Garmin Connect may be added in the future). When you connect a third-party platform, you authorize Beetroot Pro to read training-activity data from that platform via its public API.

By connecting a third-party platform, you represent that (a) you own the account or have the right to authorize access, (b) you have read the relevant platform's terms of service, and (c) you consent to Beetroot Pro processing the data for the purpose of generating personalized race plans.

Beetroot Pro will (i) never post content to your third-party account, (ii) never share your activity data with other athletes (except a coach you have explicitly granted read-only access via the Race Lab Coach tier), and (iii) honor any disconnect or deauthorization request within 24 hours.

Third-party platforms remain governed by their own terms. Use of Strava data is subject to Strava's API Agreement (strava.com/legal/api) and Brand Guidelines.

8. RACE LAB PRO SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

Race Lab Pro is an optional subscription product. Three plans are available:

Pro · Per Race ($15 one-time): Single-race plan with no recurring charge. Lifetime access to the purchased race plan within your account.
Pro · Annual ($79/year, auto-renewing): Unlimited race plans, third-party integrations, multi-event calendar. Renews annually on the purchase date until canceled.
Coach · Monthly ($29/month, auto-renewing): Manage up to 20 athletes who have explicitly granted you read-only access. Renews monthly until canceled.

Refund policy: 30-day money-back guarantee on all Race Lab Pro purchases. To request a refund, email cameron@beetrootpro.com within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellation: You may cancel auto-renewing subscriptions at any time via the Stripe Billing Portal accessible from /account/pro. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.

Free tools remain free: Performance Lab calculators at /tools (sodium, carb fueling, heat acclimation, hydration audit, caffeine timing) are free, do not require an account, and will remain free. Pro adds value-add features on top; it does not paywall existing functionality.

Coach-athlete relationships: The Race Lab Coach tier creates read-only relationships between a paying coach and consenting athletes. Both parties may revoke the relationship at any time without notice. Coach access is contingent on an active Coach subscription; when a Coach subscription expires, the coach loses dashboard access but athletes' data is not affected.

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any disputes shall be in the federal and state courts sitting in Salt Lake County, Utah.

10. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 902 Sports, LLC. Any failure by 902 Sports, LLC to exercise any right under these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right.
